Will that program Bipolar proms and 2564's?

I've had two GQ-4X shit the bed on me and I'm tired of them. They work fine but are cheap as hell. I want to be able to program prom chips like on Nintendo pcb's as well as 2564. Both of which the GQ series cannot do.

Looking for a quality eprom programmer. Not the GQ-4X stuff. Something built well and can do most of the usual eproms. Even better would be one that can also do bipolar proms. Anyone have one on their shelf collecting dust that works. I have an old laptop that could probably run older...
