It will run and play with the MS pacman roms just the moving characters will be a little different, helps you narrow down your issue to see if you have a bad ribbon cable or Daughtercard

You don't even need the hard drive or flash drive. The game will boot up and tell you it can't find the hard drive, tell you the bios info, etc.
