I have NOS handle parts but I think Im out of the throttles that have the spring in them. common parts that breaks and very hard to replace

I think that was SAmurai but not 100% sure. the early two letter designations are not my strong point since I dint have many parts for late 70's/early 80's games.

I should clarify..... Most Sega metal parts are stamped so any assembly can be a mix of different game specific parts. The piece with AB stamped on was first used on a Astro Blaster stick, which is a 2 way. The stick in the OPs picture is 4 way so I suspect it's from a frogger/zaxxon/pengo...
