You probably recapped the 7-8 big ones. The caps I'm talking about are the tiny guys. Theres.like 25 of those. I think it's an ic anyways.

I took every chip off of 2 other non working boards and swapped chips one at a time. My guess at this point is sockets or another parts like caps have died. I hope its.not sockets.

Check the pins on that ribbon cable. They are very thin and frail. One may have bent over or broke off.

Unseat all the chips you checked /replaced etc and see if one of the pins are bent. Easy enough to do.

I tend to agree this issue may be related to the cpu / cpu socket. I mentioned where I probed based on another thread here and my voltage is low. What's causing that low voltage and 0 at C51.
