They are not advertised as original arcade machines, simply just arcade machines. The repros and the originals are both technically arcade machines, so there is no fraud. It is up to the buyer to know if they are original or repro. If nothing happened with Steven Salmon theres no way anything...

Will they provide more pictures on request? As others have said some of these are new builds, and it would suck ass to send non-refundable payment and buy something you thought was original with no recourse

There were trade shows like AMOA, and Ive seen VHS promo tapes for 90s pinball machines, so maybe they existed for earlier games. There is also Replay magazine which ranks high earning games. Word of mouth and seeing what competitors had in their locations was probably pretty valuable as well.
