Did the monitor work before doing BIOS settings? Do you have another game you can try testing the monitor in?

If the in-cabinet monitor looks like it's not syncing you probably need to adjust CMOS settings. Depending on the type of computer installed, the settings are different. They can be found on Chicago Gaming's website.

Did try pushing the two boards together, didnt help. I can get some deoxit in the connectors and see if that helps

Check for battery corrosion on the MPU, check for burned connectors, specifically the AC plug on the right side of the driver board with Red-White and Blue-White wires on it. Unplug the ribbon cables at the top of the MPU, as the other boards can cause the game not to boot if they're not...

You can buy new complete harnesses from Happ but it's a shame to have to toss an otherwise good harness just because of one bad part.

Time Crisis 1-3 can use standard Happ guns just fine. We route all our games with standard Happ guns because they're so much cheaper to replace

Check the 5v on the board itself, make sure it's around 5-5.1v As for your monitor, a good place to start is the flowchart

I will use flux when soldering bare wire, I find that's pretty much necessary to getting a nice consistent coat of solder that gets all the wire strands. Dip the stripped wire in a bit of flux, heat it up, apply solder.

Does the monitor have settings you can go into? Like a settings menu on LCD panels?

Double check you set the BIOS settings correctly. They depend on what kind of computer you have in your cabinet. If those are good, are you able to manually turn the monitor back on when it shuts it off? Maybe let the game shut it off, turn it on, reboot it and see if it does it again
