Other than for testing, I am not running the board. I'll have to remove the kit again and see what self test shows. two test points on the 5v2 and 5v1. 5v2 shows 5.00 and 5v1 shows 4.99 on my Fluke. I'll revert back and see what self test shows.

I tried all the way down to 4.7 and still had the issues. The attract screen actually improved at lower voltages but as soon as I'd start a game it would garble the graphics and the picture would go in and out. I set it back to 5.0 and waiting on a reply from VL support.

A little late but yes, you can move the SD card between games of the same generation. i.e. Pixel Bash to Pixel Bash but you cannot get a pixel bash SD card to work in a PacMan Party. Tested and confirmed that today.

I was just looking at that battery :D Not leaking or corroded but it sure looks old. I made some progress after cleaning up those customs. Now I get a less garbled screen and a RAM 2 error.

I wasn't recognizing that I was looking at a RAM error as I wasn't getting to the RAM test. I looked through all the Garbage screen threads from that and saw a lot of CPU errors. Socket errors. I appreciate the assistance that this thread has provided on pointing me in the right direction though.
