Just got a WG D9400 up and running. Changed IC chip. Now the game and monitor come on but the screen is up to change display settings and it wont go away. Says factory preset. I tried 2 of the same daughter boards and no response. Both daughter boards worked on another chassis. Whats the issue?

The only idea I have left is to buy an ic tester and pull those socketed chips out and test them. Unless I can find which chip is responsible for the title graphics in foreground and just replace it.
