Just pointing out the obvious...Be super careful not to mix up the H and V pairs or you can damage your yoke. You can swap the positions of either wire within the H or V pairs to flip the screen as long as they stay paired, but connecting an H wire to a V wire will most likely give you unhappy...

A few years ago, I cold called a CNC guy by me and used plans from www.classicarcadecabinets.com. Not a bad option.

Seems like the Walmart by me has the direct fit ones on clearance every 6-12 months, so I've picked up quite a few for under a buck each. They work great, but make sure you pay attention to color tone if you care about that. Some games look cool with the "daylight" (5000K+), but it's weird...

Looks like it's a vertical K4600...you can tell because there isn't much of a gap between the chassis and the sides of the frame. Doesn't change anything about your conclusion, though!! :p
