You can run switch test then spin the spinner, see if it triggers it. If not, physically close the switch to make sure it is still triggering and just needs to be adjusted

Yes, but color isn’t enabled by default. You have to purchase the color rom kit for extra monies and it enables the lcd to go to full color. Otherwise gameplay is set to a single color.
