I am about to apply new side art on my Spy Hunter upright. The art from Phoenix (which looks amazing) has extra black on the edges that needs to be trimmed. I should have taken some quick measurements before I stripped the cabinet. Anyway, if anyone can give me a hand it would be appreciated...

I am almost done with a Spy Hunter restoration. I am just about ready to apply the new side art from Phoenix. I have never applied art this large before. Anyone have a suggestion of what type of tool to used in order to make sure there are no bubbles? I have a smaller plastic application tool...

Still working on it. Did some test spots to make sure colors are a match. Ill post when all done.

I forgot to mention that I used a satin oil based paint for the blue. The safety red is a pre-mix oil based gloss. The sheen of both when dry are pretty much the same though.

That was fast! It looks like the chain just attached to one of the screws that hold on the control panel brackets. One pic shows that it attached to the middle screw. Another pic shows it attached to the topmost screw. I guess I will use whichever holds it on better. Thanks

I am starting to put together my upright Spy Hunter project back together. I took as many pics as possible. For some reason, I did not take pics of the control panel attached the the game before taking it apart. Can someone take a look at theirs and let me know where the control panel chain...

That looks awesome! Due to the weather here on the east coast (friggin cold), you will probably have your project done before mine!

Here is my gear that had the holes repaired with welds. It is all ground flat and looks almost new. I put a coat of paint on the edge to cover up the bare metal that was ground nice and flat.

I have about 10 left if anyone needs them.

I was able to get the paint off the area without damaging anything. It looks great now!

I just used flat black powder coat with a clear coat for the handles.
