I wouldn’t lose any sleep on account of Nintendo… However I would rather the appropriate parties be compensated for Remix , D2K etc… similar to how it was done for my ArcadeSD and 3DK…. I think I paid a fee for use of one and the other compensates the appropriate party for use.
