They make 3d metal filament. I would be curious to see how that looks in the end. That said, it would be pretty easy to cast and make a mold of it. Just have to spend the time.

I believe there are more pcbs than cabinets made as the warranty fix was typically replacement. I have seen a couple control panels for sale but not too many. Good luck :)
