Yeah, he wanted to do a swap, but I didn't bother replying after he quoted the rate. Seemed way too high. I figure I'll tinker around a bit, check connections, turn the knobs, etc, see if I can figure out the source of the problem, maybe take a few pictures and post to the repair board here...
