I went through and reseated / cleaned all roms, put them back in. No improvement. Here's the issue in a photo. To fix it, all I've got to do is press the reset button, it goes back to the main menu selection screen, and select a game to play, plays great. Sometimes for the rest of the day...

It wasn't a steady jump and hold @ 7-9, it would force the game into a reset which is why I knew I had an issue and corrected it right away. If it's the board, do you know anyone that could take a look at it and troubleshoot?

Mine is a dual monitor. Lower monitor starts to get garbled up, blotchy, and does a freak out to the point where you can't play any longer. Eventually have to reset, go back to selecting a game screen to clear it up. It's not game specific, happens at random times with different games. Today...

Hmm, not sure but it does look like these solder joints have been tampered with at some point. Does anyone rebuild these, or am I better off buying a good known working one?

Noob here doing some troubleshooting on a Championship Sprint. I'm trying to get the game into test mode. The manual says the self test switch is on the Audio II board, I found 2 small red switches on that board, but they don't seem to have any affect on the game when I toggle them on and off...

My non track pack board originally had a security chip in the same slot as my track pack board.

I got off easy. Had a working non track pack board, found a dead track pack board. Did a ROM swap and viola. I got hung up on the security chip (u85 slot), I missed that the first go around and found the location of that in this thread. Now we have a working Track Pack Off road to play the heck...
