I had a Jackbot that was down at the beach. Every bit of metal under the playfield had corrosion. That one took some patience. I had a wcs with melted ramps & corrosion too. Nothing like that Hook covered in mud though.

TZ is an incredible pin. It's been surpassed but at the time it came out it was the best pin ever made. Never been anything quite like the ceramic ball & gumball machine since. Has any game ever used a creamic ball besides TZ? Viper has those goofy glow balls but I can't think of anything else...

Stick with a newer Stern for your 1st. Predator looks cool but a botique company pin is a gamble. It had taken Jersey Jack 10 years and they still aren't to Sterns level. Except for maybe Harry Potter.

It's not just noobs. I started playing High Speed in the 80s and been playing ever since. Have owned EMs, 80-90s wms, and lots of Sterns. Almost 100 different titles. I think the past few years have produced the best pinball machines ever made. I still love Whirlwind, Twilight Zone, Dirty Harry...

I have that issue at work. We have TBL in the break room. Slid it out and got it to 6.5, slid it back in the corner and it dropped to 5 😑

It was only at 5.5. Have it closer to 7 now, no ball sticks on the few games we played. The vuk did get stuck closed after & was popping non stop. Power cycle cleared it, hopefully it was just from moving it around. Now I just have to get better at the bowling mini game.

That may be it. I did not have a level when we set it up. I have put legs on a hundred games and usually just do it by feel. The old wms games had a bubble in the shooter lane but tbl does not have one. Thanks for the replies. Love the game so far.

Just unboxed this two weeks ago. Plays great except the ball is getting stuck at the upper playfield, right at the top where it should roll down to the flipper. Usually happens when doing a right flipper skill shot or sometimes from the jesus kicker. Needs a really good shake to get it to drop...

Spooky finally has a real hit and they are limiting production. Like wms saying we are only making 1000 Addams. smh

Nice change from the movie & rockband themes they have been making. Looks really good. I never played D&D but would consider buying one in a few years once the code & bugs are worked out.

I dunno, it's cool if you missed out back in the day. Of course they are charging more, everything just goes up. The songs post justice suck but getting Hit the Lights is awesome. They should do a Cliff LE that just features the first 3 albums. That would be something.

New songs & three new modes. Maybe more coming. The iconic Lyman Sheats rule set has been carefully enhanced to add two new game modes based on Metallica's two most recent albums, last year's Grammy-winning 72 Seasons and 2016's Hardwired…to Self-Destruct, as well as a new "Blackened" Wizard...

This will be a remaster tho. LCD screen & new software. It's gonna be better. From the same company too. Saw a few LE owners on pinside a bit unhappy, mostly seems positive tho.

Probably make the current game more affordable.

Picked up Godzilla today. I was leaning Elvira but I want to see what the hype is all about. Seem to be plenty of both around so I can always change up later. Thanks to everyone that chimed in.

I'm considering buying one of these. I have played both but just a few times & in a loud barcade. I lean toward Elvira for theme & art but I like the 3rd flipper on Godzilla a lot. Both are local & the same price. Any pinheads on here have thoughts? I don't care to go through pinsides insane...
