Thanks to @64B1T, my monitor now displays across the full X axis! The problem was the -X frame transistor. It passed on the tester but after eliminating the deflection board and verifying all voltages were good, we replaced it and problem solved.

All the vectors on the left 1” of my monitor get collapsed into a line. It’s not a board issue (same issue with 3 different boards). Anyone know where to check on the X circuit first? I tried to see it on my scope for comparison but I can’t make it out in that spaghetti!

From my steps in the thread: 5) Remove bump stoppers (4 of them, 2 on the handle assembly, 2 on the base @tstone, you're correct. 3 could be symmetric too. But @Londo7 and I replaced 4 in our Star Wars controllers. Maybe you missed one? 🙃

Yeah, it took me a few tries to find that old thread even though I was only searching my old posts! Glad you got them replaced. Did you find the 4th one? They should be symmetric.

Not sure if this will help, but on the adapter I built, the JAMMA service switch added a credit for all boards. I'll have to see if I still have my adapter to verify what pin I connected it to on the boardset. Mark's reply on the the thread I started (linked below) talked about missing pull-up...
