Edges aren’t fried, checked the 5v and ground on both boards and are fine all between 4.80-5.00

When I first turned it on the track border was doubling up on the right side and the road was expanded to the left, so I pulled the pcb and pushed down on all roms and put back in and tried again and got this. I’m assuming it’s the roms but does someone maybe know which one to check?
