If found a Rustoleum product called "Cold Galvanizing" spray paint. I'm going to try it on a test monitor frame piece (after removing it and Pre-etch).

I've removed the rust with white vinegar on a coin door, stripped the old paint with a wire wheel, and painted it with enamel paint, which came out pretty good. Now I have a few monitor frames that are rusted and my question is, once I've removed the rust, what's the best thing to use to seal...

Thanks for the tips. I've been using 80 grit on a belt sander to get the paint off. Then I'm using an orbital sander with 120 grit to smooth it out and get some of the bumps out. Your right, when I pulled the coin door and it matched with the sample, so definitely grey.

Update... Got the Qix sample from @joeycuda ! Thanks again! Got the stencils from TOG Got the paints from Sherwin-Williams. They helped in getting the right color and some pointers Stripped the paint off with Quick Stripper (home Depot). Worked pretty good, if I put very thick layers down...

Now I know. I’m guessing the reason to block is because the coin mech or micro switch failed

I've seen this on some coin door button where there's at least one of the buttons has a hole. Why was this done?

When I took the coin door off and some of the paint on the side, looks like a white Taito pattern. Also, I pulled the CP and has a Qix overlay on the back. Were there different versions (white and grey)? I've never worked on a Qix, so have no idea.
