    Finally got back to the monitor. I tried switching to 15k and tpg set to 15k no luck and switched back to 25k and tpg switched to med res and the same. I am starting to wonder if the problem is something in the horizontal section Could this be a possibility Thanks for taking time out for me

    Thanks for the good advice I will try it. I only tested it to see a short but forgot it is supposed to turn off right away. So the pic only opens and stays open while power is applied then, correct? And after turned off it goes back to closed state?
