Just a follow up. Parts arrived yesterday. A little extra thrown in for the delay. Mark replied to my email shortly after posting here. All in all it was about a month long process to get parts. I’m just thankful have gotten them.

The game is now working. All of my voltages were metering out correctly but the board still would not boot. After installing a switching PS it works fine. I guess the original PS wasn’t providing enough Amps?
