Sounds like a power issue. The machine will not display error codes if the MPU is removed because the MPU is what determines error codes. Its like removing the brain from the body. Check the output on your power supply, sounds like it may not be powering the MPU.

I believe 2.70 was the final software for the 200 (no longer supported). I used to have the files for Bally and IGT for the 145 and 200 but can't seem to locate it. If yours has an eprom you can program it yourself, if it has the soldered in flash memory your out of luck.
