No luck finding this part so I just worked it up in Fusion 360. Its not perfect, but not bad for a first attempt. I would still buy an original if someone has one laying around they don't need.

I went with new white IL from Paradise Arcade. I'll just swap in my hook pieces. All the used ones I've seen have had broken pieces on the bottom. Terrible design.
