All of those work that are posted, but you don’t need tabs. You can just wrap the wire around the screw terminals if you’re not crimping on QDs.

Yeah, follow Bob's AC wiring diagram linked above. A standard fast blow 3 amp fuse of 125VAC or better is pretty standard.

So, to close this thread- I sent this boardset off to gamefixer and he was able to troubleshoot and fix the sound issues (along with some graphic issues!) Here is the video describing what he did and his fixes. Maybe this can help someone in the future. Thanks again @gamefixer !!
