I picked this up today. It is a Montgomery Ward TV from 1986. The model number is JSA 12656. The tube is ChungWa 510OUEB22. The tube measurements are for a 19".

There were some questions earlier about the "Rapid Fire" kit for my Phoenix. It does have one and it seems to be that the tabs are continually broken off. This must have been a popular option for shooters BITD.
