    Width coil

I believe both Billabs and Makvision are both really WeiYa. I am under the understanding both these companies bring the monitors in completely assembled and likely really know little about them technically- although Billabs is likels stronger in the technical field. Taken from BYOAC...

    Width coil

Look at the bottom. Does the chassis have a hole in it for tuning that coil? If there is no hole on the chassis for tuning, then it was only meant to be changed from the factory. It does not look damaged.

Can someone help me identify this part

It is a transformer. They rarely go bad. It would be hard to test it without an inductance tester. If you still see varnish on the wires, the chances of it being good are high.

Is there a best chassis for 19 inch CRTs?

For a $1000, I would sacrifice one of my hoard and put it in Pac-Man burned 4600. Local pickup only.

This would be a Fall/Winter job. Right now I am out in the garage working on Bingo. Plus, Seeburg is screaming for attention.
