Well.... 8 scans later.... $20 of AESUP Blue scan spray, and meshing 4 scans together, I have a complete model that I am fairly happy with. It should be printable as-is and will not need any fixing. The holes for the buttons will need to be re-drilled / punched.... but otherwise it should work...

I'll try another scan today with the spray.

The raw scan has been uploaded to my website. While the scan is good, the scanner has issues with edge detection on thin items. As a result, there are jagged edges for the edges of the control panel and holes for buttons. I am fairly miserable cleaning up 3d scans (new to me), so I can work on...
