Carnival queen only has 2 buttons for right and left movement of the magic screen driven by a single motor. It automatically tells you the position when the left or right button is pressed. the button on the right is the redemption button that is only pressed at the end on the game to award...

I'm pretty sure it was another KLOV member that I got most of these from but I can't think of the guy's name for the life of me. I originally only went over to get the pixy prize machine but after talking to him and telling him what I do wiht the machines he offered me hammer and the claw...

Here are my most recent additions. the only one I'm still currently working on is the 3rd gen Clean Sweep. It has an overheating issue on the board but I think I have it solved with a new rheostat, resistors, and voltage regulator.

Why is the market soft right now?

Yeah I've ran into this one person in particular on ebay constantly when buying parts called Bruce1arcade. It looks like to me all he does is buy old machines and parts them out regardless if they are working or not. the worst part is he just throws the cabinets out and has a real bad habit...

Why is the market soft right now?

I'm 28 and I do. if I could find a Galaga or Galaxian fixer upper for a reasonable price I would try to buy it in a heartbeat if I could find one in a reasonable driving distance. also always on the lookout for anything from OK manufacturing because I'm really into skill based games and have a...

What vehicle do you transport games with?

I have a 96 dodge ram 2500 with an 8' bed for picking up new machines that can easily fit 4 or 5 normal machines standing upright. and when I'm taking all my units to charity events I rent a 15' U-haul box truck.

why did they make the games so heavy, and how long till you can't move them?

I hear you there but for me its the joy of working on them that keeps me doing it. I want to start a repair and refab business eventually but at the moment I don't have any more room for units and I'm currently limited to metal fab and woodworking small-medium parts because even my workshop is...

why did they make the games so heavy, and how long till you can't move them?

I know I'm coming in as the young whipper-snapper at 28 but I have a split level house and my arcade is on the lower floor. my lightest unit is about 180lbs (24" claw machine) and my next heaviest is 100lbs up from that. my heaviest tops out at over 500lbs. I take them all to charity events to...

For me it would have to be golden gopher because of how unique it is. It's insanely difficult but I love it.

It has begun.... finally, an arcade.

I mean if you want to go ADA compliant for true authenticity go with 36" minimum walkways.
