try getting them all into the open position and turn it on that should clear the code. hears what happens when I hold it in the closed position it throws the 004 code.

It appears that we have different models although the wiring is the same. It looks like the way yours is set up it shuts the screws off after one rotation. check the others to make sure none of them are being held in the closed position. I would hazard a guess that you are getting error code 004...
