I have socketed and replaced all those with no change to the glitch. My board had AM6012 in place for the DAC and replaced with new 6012.

Out of curiosity have you recapped the game pcb? I did and I honestly cannot say if before doing so the graphic glitch was present or not. Anyone know if a bad cap could cause something like this? Maybe one of the new ones is bad? I thought the glitch was just on the edge and intersecting points...

well the 4016's came in today, sockets installed and replaced both. Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue.

Well bad news, replacing the TL082’s did not change the issue. Also changed the pots with no change. Since I was at it already I socketed the TL081’s also and still same glitch. Where is the best place to purchase the 4016 and the AM6012?

Gave the fly back a little tap then turned it back on and the squeal went away. But now my red is super dark and turning the red drive pot doesn't seem to change it much. Soooo one problem onto the next, I'm regretting doing the cap kit.

I did a cap kit on the monitor, hooked it all back up this evening and now I have a High frequency squeal. I am getting an improved picture now post cap kit, but I have no clue what is the cause of the squeal. Any thoughts?
