You're sure it's a PCB issue? Pac/Ms. Pac PCBs are so inexpensive, it's almost difficult to see how it's economical to pay to have one sent out for repair (including shipping both ways) versus just buying another one.
The button itself is unlikely the issue. It’s probably the switch or the wiring connected to the button. Or possibly a logic issue. Buttons typically only need to be replaced when they’re physically damaged.
Always start with power and connections.
With Pac-Man & Ms. Pac-Man, make sure you replace the original terrible fuse blocks.
