    Wells 4600 B+ floating / not stable

You’re testing the B+ with the game running in attract mode? Not with a static image from a TPG or something? B+ will generally fluctuate as the monitor is drawing an image.

K7000 static, but no neck glow after shorting.

It means those meters are incapable of accurately reading a 15kHz AC voltage, no matter where or how you try to measure it. For a CRT heater voltage, you're typically looking for 6.3V AC. Those meters are not able to accurately measure that.

K7000 static, but no neck glow after shorting.

FWIW, the Fluke 117 is a "true RMS" meter while the Fluke 107 is not. However, neither of them is capable of accurately measuring a 15kHz AC heater voltage. You'll get *some* kind of reading, but it won't be anything close to accurate.

K7000 static, but no neck glow after shorting.

Have you examined the chassis closely for cold solder joints and cracked traces? As in, checked everything in the relevant circuit(s) for continuity where appropriate?

K7000 static, but no neck glow after shorting.

Yes, with a blue ring tester. Yes, you can measure the 6.3VAC heater voltage across the two heater neck pins, but most multimeters can't accurately read the 15kHz AC voltage produced by the heater circuit (for example, my Fluke 117 can't do it). You'll need a pretty serious professional grade...

    Sharp XM-1801/XM-2001 Flybacks

Yes. Peter has been working on an updated version for a while now, and I've been helping with testing samples & comparing them with OEM flybacks. Not just for the Sharp XM-2001N/XM-1801N, but others like the G07-FBO. I released a video last summer showing how some of that testing works...

    Sanyo 20-EZ Connectors

FYI -- the first two images you showed are actually part of the harness. It extends the video cable coming from the rest of the cabinet harness and terminates with a connector that plugs into the video input headers at the top right corner of the chassis PCB (viewed from the back of the...
