I agree with other ideas so far. What is the B+ voltage, if it's zero, and both fuses are good, what is the VAC at the monitor plug? Show us pics of the top and bottom of the chassis when you get a moment.

Measure the B+ to see if it's 120 ish or 147 ish.

That should work. IN the event they don't.............be ready to modify your fuse holder, keep others on hand, etc.

Maybe start by turning down the brightness and the green on the monitor .

The red capacitor on the upper left is your +5. Put your black lead on the negative side and red lead on the positive side of the cap.

those stupid ribbon cables with the extra row and not good. People have made some really good cables that slide on easily, that have the correct amount of pins. Have you tested the voltage on the power board to see if you are getting +5 and +12(ish)?
