FINAL UPDATE: Solved! After getting both boardsets producing a pic, I went back and started to double-check a few things. Swapped out the 7406 on the chassis - no change. Swapped out the LF13331 on the chassis - BINGO! Apparently, one of the LF13331 I got from Mouser was bad (or went bad)...

UPDATE: DACs replaced, no change. TL081s replaced, no change. Resistors on underside of chassis for DACs check out as good (820ohm). I now have two boardsets that produce the same pic, so leaning heavily towards a chassis issue and not boardset issue. Now with less-sucky pic attached!

Just found this - not sure if mentioned before. Seems as though he has TR204 and TR207 on the interface board as responsible for blue, when they are for the red circuit; he has them swapped. The neck board ones just below that on the chart seem correct.

25 inch monitor, standard res, according to this site. The manual for this game makes no mention of the monitor. Researching I've seen possibly a 7191 chassis or Polo. Are those interchangable? Attached are pics (neck, tube number and yoke connector) to help ID. TIA!

Came from a Tempest w/ mild Tempest burn and matching serials to the main cab. How would you account for the colors being fine when it's "upside down" then? The *only* of the four orientations it's not fine in is the one it is, of course, supposed to be in for Tempest.
