Problem fixed by replacing PROM 1D.

Hobbyroms package showed up today. 1D also fixed my identical problem of yellow and white raster.

I also have the identical problem. I put DK3 (1C) in the (2E) slot of my DKJR and it produced colors (not perfect) and the (2E) PROM from DKJR in DK3 (1C) produced the same yellowish and white, so I'm leaning toward 1D. I just ordered 1C and 1D and will let you when tested.
