I received a 4 player Turtles PCB yesterday. I went to hook it up and the 1 and 2 player play perfectly. When I hook the 3 and 4 players in nothing happens. I'm doing this all out of my Wrestlefest Cab that the guy who bought the cab from said he played turtles in all the time. Also...

Ok... So my ms pac stand up is humming and when I touch the volume I can hear a radio station coming in through the speaker... Lol... No radio is on at my house... Anyone know what the heck is going on? Thanks
