Measure the yoke. I used a Sanyo 25" TV for a drop in replacement on a Wells Gardner K7000. Did you try to rejuvenate it?

25" -> 19" & 25" -> 27" is a big difference. 25" < > 24" isn't going to do anything noticeable. I've used 25K7400 chassis on 24K7400 that were missing the chassis.

Most of the Wells Gardner 24" K7400 came out of a Atomiswave. A 25" will not fit in those. I've used a 25" K7400 chassis on a 24" K7400 tube with no problems. 24" K7400 chassis on a 25" K7400 tube should be no different.

I've had a few Nanao monitors that would lose focus and just needed a new flyback.

Did the rebuild include a new flyback? I've had new flybacks fail and also produce poor focus. Another new flyback fixed the focus problem.

New flyback installed and no more arcing or sparks. Man those pins on the new flyback were out of line. Took forever to line up the pins to the holes. A chunk was broke off the Focus knob, but it works fine. On to the next project.

I bought the refurbished chassis from a Klover. I had the box sitting for a little while so not sure how recent it was.

Nope, I covered the hole, now it's sparking out the top of the flyback.

Wells Gardner 25K7000. Newer replacement flyback. Now the flyback has a hole in the side and it is arcing to the chassis. Can I epoxy or somehow cover the hole or do I have to replace the whole flyback? Kinda sad as this one probably only has max use of 10 hours.

Don't agree with the first one. Water heater, garden hose ??? @VectorCollector is cool. I probably got a bad flyback from that batch. It was installed in 2023. I just found the box with the chassis yesterday and haven't looked at it since I packed it away when it blew up.

Doesn't help when I was just asking a question and then you get the usual's who chime in with no help and trying to start something. I didn't know if the replacement flybacks were ok to run so many hours like the original ones. Chassis is a Wells Gardner 25K7000.

Monitor was working. Caps were original and starting to bulge. Original flyback was working fine, but the plastic was cracking near the knobs. Did a capkit and replaced the flyback. Worked for maybe 3- 6 months until one day the room was full of smoke and the monitor was shut off. Opened...
