Hydro Thunder flat-screen monitor installation issues.

I've never been able to use the VGA input on those boards. You have to use the wire harness that is included with the board and that goes to the video output wires on the game (your yellow wires in the picture). After you do all that, usually you have to fine adjust the settings on the CGA/...

Hydro Thunder flat-screen monitor installation issues.

Hydro Thunder is a medium resolution (EGA) game. Needs to be hooked up normal and then take the original monitor output and hook that to the CGA/EGA to VGA converter. Then converter to the new VGA monitor.

    Golden tee 2005

Those video cards go bad all the time. I've had plenty that displayed artifacts on the screen. Replace with a good video card and they go away.

Target Terror - Trying to clone drive to SSD for replacement but game won't boot

I had 2 Target Terror machines. First one I was able to do a flash drive on it. I could not get the second machine to accept a flash drive no matter what I tried. I gave up and just threw a new regular spinning hard drive in it and called it a day. It's hard to sell flash drives for that...

    Isolation transformer

Looks correct. Bottom is input, top is output to monitor. Green is earth ground, so that's correct also.

Need help with big buck Hunter pro

The replacement was the Dell Optiplex 740. Nothing newer will work as the drivers on the restore disks are only for certain PCs. If XP was embedded in the OS (can't remember), then you could probably hack in a newer system.

Need help with big buck Hunter pro

Yes, if you are lucky. I know that style PC craps out. Caps bulge on those motherboards, so I'd look at that too. Most of those PCs were replaced with the Dell Optiplex 740.

Need help with big buck Hunter pro

Probably need to replace CMOS battery and set the correct settings in the BIOS. Definitely, disable the floppy drive & set PC to auto power on after power failure.

Installing a Unico 26 into a turtles arcade...

If you have the new version of the Unico monitor, you won't need another converter. The pin input connector is the Japanese standard. Just have to make a connector so you can wire your video from the jamma straight to that. I have a Mortal Kombat 3 in an arcade and was sick of the CRT dying. So...

Fast and Furious Drift Conversion - Video Card or Slot Issue?

I've had the Dell PCs lose video function on the add in card. Remove the card and reinstall the software. On board video works fine. You may have to adjust the video memory in BIOS to add more video RAM.
