If you are going to put it in the Crackshot you have PLEASE verify the +5V in the cab BEFORE you connect to the board. It's VERY common for the +5V to be set upwards of 5.6V due to the large power draw of the original boards and the voltage drop in the wiring. This board draws WAY less current...

It's open source so it could have been sold by anyone capable of downloading something from the internet and sending the files to a PCB supplier. Not really bizarre at all, unless you were expecting some kind of support after the sale.

That supply doesn’t have a +12V out it has a +-25V which can read as high as 30V unloaded, it’s likely working fine. It’s used in many of the Cinematronics vector games Star Castle etc.
