Hmmmm, by that pic it looks like a K8000.. Man, I have been holding out to find a 5515 for my 720........ but......... Almost positive you can use that tube with 5515 also when I find one. So the burn looks to be very minor. Got a few front shots of it? Might be a good holdover till I find...
