Found the problem. My jamma adapter board didn't have a wire running from Pin 14 (video ground) to ground. Who was the jackwagon who forget to install that wire when building the Ikari to jamma adapter board???? Oh wait....that was me. :-) Life is good, off to play some Ikari Warriors!!!
