Nevermind. I forgot to start the PFM module. I let it burn in for about an hour, and sure enough the PFM module kicked in and sorted itself out. Graphics are all clean and normal. Monitor looks fantastic...needs a degauss, but I'll get to that another time. Electricity never ceases to amaze...
