Props to you being a good friend and keeping her game running.

    Anyone use these cheap testers?

Ton of reviews on YouTube. For $25, it'll do the job - no harm in getting one. If you find it's something you're using on a regular basis down the road and it comes up short - upgrade later.

    Pac-Man Zip mod

This would mean ramping up the full game from 18.432Mhz to 60Mhz (Pac + Ghosts) rather than Pac only? Thought I recalled a kit BITD speeding up Pac Man only.

Everyone has their own method for troubleshooting (scope/testers, etc) and it comes down to whether you're a "fix the problem" or "troubleshoot the issue" kind of mind...

Ivan Stewart off road slowness with heavy nitro usage

I certainly remember IIRC when you're squeezing the bottle - almost like the CPU is loading up. Normal operation (experienced same when I had my cab), works itself out shortly thereafter.

    PCB Board Repairs

Barking at people to search does nothing but create a bunch of new threads containing someone yelling search and burying the useful info, its counterintuitive. Give the new guy a break, the thread has already been created and you blasted him 1 minute after he posted. If you're too lazy to...
