I did this a few years ago, found a CS cabinet with PCB, power supply, control panel, harness etc. Got the HobbyRoms Paperboy roms and the Slaptastic, then got the handlebars, artwork etc. A friend CNCed me a BRAND NEW CABINET.

I had this issue as well. I have a 25th Anniversary Pac/MsPac/Galaga Cocktail with a Jamma harness, but when I plug in different boards (DK Jr, Killer Instinct, etc) they don’t fire up because there’s no -5v on that particular harness. So the lesson here is not all Jamma harnesses are wired...
