Yes the 5v2 is where I got the only reading from the mainboard. I'll have to slide the boards out for better access to the test points. Damn, I thought I was onto solving the problem. So, so far the readings I got have been good then?

Thank You Gamefixer and Dokert. I will check at the PCB edge connector points then. From what i have read, I should also clean the connections. I would assume if 5v isn't at the PCB end of the harness when it is disconnected from the PCB than it would be a wiring problem.
