Pacman only has 4.3vdc at the caps. Fuses good. Looks like it has a replacement fuse holder on the 4 fuse buss. Game not booting up. Any suggestions? Thanks Kelly

What's the best way to shine up a control panel. I have a nice Pac Man but the cp is dull. No wear spots or anything so really doesn't warrent a new cpo. What do you guys use to give them a little extra shine? TIA Kelly
