I suppose it depends on what your mvs cab houses, according to this: http://www.hardmvs.com/html/PCBcompare.htm all one slots appear to be jamma compatible. I have a MV1F in my cabinet and have zero issues. It seems you would require an adapter harness for a 2 slot and above.

My Neo Geo cabinet houses a 1 slot MV1F and I swap in Jamma boards all the time. I believe the multislots are different than Jamma.
