I have a screen width problem on my Wells K7193. The screen image is about 1/2" to 1" too wide for my monitor. I used plastic hex adjusters to spin the width coil, but I am seeing no difference. Any help is appreciated.

I built a new power supply board for a Neo-Geo MVS setup using a MeanWell-606 switching PSU. I get 120v on all the connections, but when I check the +5, I get 8.8v with the adjustment screw as low as it will go, and my -5 reads 0.0v. Do I have a bad PSU or did I do something wrong? Any help is...
