Are there any vector boards that are interchangeable with the Asteroids Deluxe board/cabinet? I know there is the multi-game kit with Lunar Lander on it, but is there any original boards that would work?

Does anyone know who designed side art for Space Duel, Asteroids Deluxe, Gravitar, Centipede, etc.? I'm guessing it was the same artist for these machines because the style is so similar. I'm sure there are other cabinets, but these stand out.
