Hey Mod, I am using 74 bulbs, what I am trying to say is if I pull all the bulbs except one or two the two left light very dimly. It's like they are not getting enough power. Could a bad resistor on the display board cause this or would it more likely be a power issue from the CPU?

Sorry it is not led and after the display is plugged in I get nothing on it. If I pull all the bulbs out but one or two they light very dimly.
